In Nošovice are assembled four auto-modules: front end module, rear chassis module, front chassis module and cockpit module.

Plant in Mošnov produces head lamps and rear lamps for Hyundai and Kia cars and also assemble batteries for EV Kona in dual capacity 64kWh and 39.2kWh. By producing these batteries, we are committed to making our planet greener - greener.

Hyundai MOBIS, established in July 1977 as Hyundai Precision Industry, started as the producer of containers and within three years overtook the top leaders in this field. During the 90’s MOBIS began to orientate on automotive industry and produced cars such as Hyundai Galloper and Hyundai Santamo whose production was moved to Hyundai Motor Company in 1999. The same year 1999 Hyundai Mobis launched the production of chassis modules and in November 2000 a formal transformation of the company took place including the change of the name to Hyundai Mobis.

The Company all over the world makes an effort to compete in the field of new technologies. In this situation knowledge of unique technologies is an absolute necessity, particularly in the automotive market.

Mobis Technical Research Institute is doing its best to succeed in such a competition and the top areas of research and development concentrates mainly on modules (front and rear axle and cockpit) and on other core parts such as airbag and brake systems.

From its foundation MOBIS has been improving its competitiveness in the global market and pays attention to quality of its products in order to supply the best quality products to satisfy its main customers – Hyundai Motor and KIA Motors.

The company Mobis Automotive Czech Ltd., which was founded on December 12, 2006 with a total investment of 72 million Euros, is located on an area of 74,000 square meters in the industrial zone in Nošovice.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Social responsibility extends to all operation areas of the company Mobis Automotive Czech ltd. - not only to the corporate environment, to the employees safety work, to the environment, but also to the relations with government authorities, to the non-profit organizations, business partners and to the cultural and social life in the Moravian-Selesian Region. We take it as a voluntary commitment to act within our responsibility scope towards the environment and society in which we operate.

An integral part of the company strategy is the management of human resources. We focus on the employees development and career growth that comes from training plan. Access to employees is based on mutual trust, respect and tolerance. We consistently enforce adherence of the ethics code of the company. Safety of the work

Safety at work plays a key role. Our goal is to create a safe environment that would suit to employees.

  • Each new employee is trained in safety and fire protection. When employees entry they receive clothing (winter and summer) and shoes that meet the health criteria.
  • We aim of achieving zero accidents in the long-term.
  • We provide drinks dispensers in the form of hot and cold water.
  • To prevent accidents at work we carry out periodic inspection of the use of alcohol and other addictive drugs.

Best employees

At the beginning of a new year and in the middle of the year in occation of the company establishing anniversary we announced best employees of the previous period.

Training and education

Investment in employees development has crucial importance for company. Training is planned in accordance with the requirements of employers and employees and is used to improve work performance, motivation and personal development. We realize: training in the workplace, technical training, training abroad, soft skills training, training for managers, language training.

Mobis Day

On the occasion of the company foundation anniversary held Mobis Day for all employees, their families and friends in June. For employees are organized various sports activities, competitions and music band concert.

Open Day

Usually 2 times a year we hold an Open Day for family members and the general public. Visitors can view manufacturing process with comment and also taste Korean cuisine.

Employees health care

We provide for our employees free flu vaccinatio andvitamin packages as prevention of colds and flu.


Mobis is fully aware of its responsibility of the region in which operates, of the people who live there. We support various projects not only financially, but also through volunteer activities.

Help Fund - Fund to help victims of car accidents

Each month, our employees voluntarily contribute to the fund to help the victims of car accidents and once a year the amount withdrawn pass bereaved children.

Cooperation with Ostrava Charity

In cooperation with Charity in Ostrava we organize 2-3 a year collecting of used clothes for people in need. In 2014 we handed over 10 pcs of LG TV to the starter aparmans in St. Lucie center in Ostrava –Vítkovice

Support of volunteer center Adra Frýdek-Místek

In February 2014, we handed over to the volunteer center Adra 24 units of computers that we didn´t use in our company. Volunteer center will use this computers for internal use.

Sponsoring of Korean days in Moravian-Silesian region

Every year we sponsor a traditional event Moravian-Silesian Region in Ostrava.

Cooperation with 1st Primary school Petr Bezruč in Frýdek-Místek

We support the creative development of children that we gave to the school packages with papers for art education. We also support traditional school ball by providing gifts for the raffle. Form of sponsorship donation annually support the realization of the project "Evaluation of recyclable and waste material in the classroom."

Environmental protection as an integral part of our daily activities. We strive to make our production system the least environmentally damaging. We use production methods that significantly reduce the production of waste. The waste thoroughly sorted and 96% of generated waste pass for reuse as secondary raw material. By improving technological processes and by using of efficient equipment to capture emissions we also reduce the amount of harmful substances emitted into the atmosphere.
