Safety of the work
Safety at work plays a key role. Our goal is to create a safe environment that would suit to employees.
- Each new employee is trained in safety and fire protection. When employees entry they receive clothing (winter and summer) and shoes that meet the health criteria.
- We aim of achieving zero accidents in the long-term.
- We provide drinks dispensers in the form of hot and cold water.
- To prevent accidents at work we carry out periodic inspection of the use of alcohol and other addictive drugs.

At the beginning of a new year and in the middle of the year in occation of the company establishing anniversary we announced best employees of the previous period.
Training and education
Investment in employees development has crucial importance for company. Training is planned in accordance with the requirements of employers and employees and is used to improve work performance, motivation and personal development. We realize: training in the workplace, technical training, training abroad, soft skills training, training for managers, language training.
Mobis Day
On the occasion of the company foundation anniversary held Mobis Day for all employees, their families and friends in June. For employees are organized various sports activities, competitions and music band concert.
Open Day
Usually 2 times a year we hold an Open Day for family members and the general public. Visitors can view manufacturing process with comment and also taste Korean cuisine.
Employees health care
We provide for our employees free flu vaccinatio andvitamin packages as prevention of colds and flu.
Region
Mobis is fully aware of its responsibility of the region in which operates, of the people who live there. We support various projects not only financially, but also through volunteer activities.
Help Fund - Fund to help victims of car accidents
Each month, our employees voluntarily contribute to the fund to help the victims of car accidents and once a year the amount withdrawn pass bereaved children.
Cooperation with Ostrava Charity
In cooperation with Charity in Ostrava we organize 2-3 a year collecting of used clothes for people in need. In 2014 we handed over 10 pcs of LG TV to the starter aparmans in St. Lucie center in Ostrava –Vítkovice
Support of volunteer center Adra Frýdek-Místek
In February 2014, we handed over to the volunteer center Adra 24 units of computers that we didn´t use in our company. Volunteer center will use this computers for internal use.
Sponsoring of Korean days in Moravian-Silesian region
Every year we sponsor a traditional event Moravian-Silesian Region in Ostrava.
Cooperation with 1st Primary school Petr Bezruč in Frýdek-Místek
We support the creative development of children that we gave to the school packages with papers for art education. We also support traditional school ball by providing gifts for the raffle. Form of sponsorship donation annually support the realization of the project "Evaluation of recyclable and waste material in the classroom."
