The manufacturer has an obligation under Act No. 542/2020 Coll., on End-of-Life Products, as amended (ZVUŽ), to ensure the take-back, processing, recovery, and disposal of end-of-life products, and further to inform the end user about the take-back for products placed on the market and to fulfill other related obligations.

Mobis Automotive System Czech s.r.o. fulfills this obligation within the ASEKOL collective system. Our products contain light sources which, according to the stated law, must be handled as end-of-life products.
In the case of replacing light bulbs, the correctness of their sorting is important so that they do not end up in mixed municipal waste. The ASEKOL collective system has a collection network of sites throughout the Czech Republic (link here - https://www.asekol.cz/sberna-mista/), where you can hand in end-of-life light bulbs.
