Motivating salary evaluation
Every year we increase salaries and personal evaluations. For work on weekends and night shifts, we provide allowances beyond the law, and extraordinary shifts are rewarded with above-standard bonuses.
Performance rewards
In addition to the basic salary, we also offer a system of bonuses and rewards. Production employees can receive monthly bonuses, administrative positions quarterly bonuses. The remuneration also includes allowances for leadership, semi-annual and annual bonuses, and rewards for fulfilling the production plan. Selected professions can also receive a qualification bonus twice a year.
Other benefits
We know how to appreciate loyalty. For 5, 10, and 15 years in the company, you get a Loyalty bonus. We also regularly reward the best employees and support their further professional and career development.
Pension insurance contribution
We regularly contribute to your pension insurance every month so that you have greater security for the future.
Vacation & Health
You get 23 days of vacation upon joining, and thanks to bonus days for years worked, you can gradually increase your entitlement up to 27 days of vacation per year. After the first year with us, you get 2 extra days of vacation, after two years another day, and after seven years one more extra day. You undergo the entry medical examination directly at the company, without the need to visit an external doctor. You also have a company psychologist available, whom you can contact with work and personal topics.
Catering
You can choose from up to 9 meals at a discounted price from 25 CZK, or 45 CZK for a specialty. Beverage and food vending machines are also available, which you can use 24 hours a day.
Mobile tariff
You can use up to 5 discounted SIM cards per employee, and calls within the group are completely free.
Cultural events
We regularly organize teambuilding events, fun days for employees and their families, and popular open house days during which you can show your workplace to your loved ones.

Selection process
It usually takes place in 1–3 rounds. We focus not only on work experience and professional knowledge, but also on personality prerequisites and English level.

Offer and start
We will agree on the conditions and start date so that it makes sense for both parties.
Adaptation
